      <image:title>Our Story</image:title>
<image:caption>Stewart has been a British character actor across film, TV, theatre and radio for over 25 years. Best known for his roles in Doc Martin, Smack the Pony, Small Axe, Bridget Joneses Diary and more recently for starring alongside David Mitchell in Upstart Crow in the West End. Although he’s worked on numerous collaborative theatre shows with the likes of Tom Morris and has been a writer/creator since 2005, (co writing two series for BBC RADIO 4, a one man show and an award winning short film); it was the pandemic in 2020 that catapulted the producing side of his career. With theatres shut and his industry at a standstill his wife Celia and her friend Georgia suggested he take a show to the doorsteps of Bristol (or two metres from them). At first begrudgingly, but eventually embracing the professional tragedy of being a middle aged, out of work TV actor, dressed up as Father Christmas and walking the streets of his community…..he agreed to give it a go. What happened next, originally called BS3 SANTA, ended up in the pages of the New York Times and has led to a production line of self produced projects. His shows have gone from the doorsteps of South Bristol to being performed all over the U.K and trusted by: The Ned, Tobacco Factory Theatres, Babington House, Theatre503, RAC Pall Mall, The Wadrobe Theatre, Soho Farmhouse, Yeo Valley HQ, Wales Millennium Centre, England Rugby Travel, Rondo Theatre.
